VA-operated Vet Center in Mesa providing free, confidential readjustment counseling for combat veterans, military sexual trauma survivors, bereaved military families, and certain veterans with other-than-honorable discharges in the East Valley. Offers individual, group, couples, and family therapy in a community-based setting separate from VA medical centers. Bring DD-214 if available, but enrollment in VA healthcare is not required to access Vet Center services.
