VA-operated Vet Center providing free, confidential readjustment counseling for combat veterans, military sexual trauma survivors, bereaved military families, and veterans discharged under other-than-honorable conditions who may not qualify for standard VA care. Individual, group, marriage, and family counseling available in a community-based setting separate from VA medical centers. Bring DD-214 if available, but enrollment in VA healthcare is not required for Vet Center services.
