Atlanta nonprofit harvesting fruit from local trees and urban farms to distribute free fresh produce to food pantries, shelters, and community organizations. Home-delivered meals for homebound seniors and adults with disabilities in metro Atlanta. Each delivery also serves as a wellness check for isolated individuals.
