1. Vermont Upward Bound Program
Federally funded pre-college program at the University of Vermont for high school students who are first-generation college-bound or from low-income families. Services include tutoring, college visits, SAT prep, and summer residential programs. Fathers can help their teens apply through the UVM Prospect St office. Bring school transcripts and proof of income. Program is free for accepted students throughout high school.
