Community-based programs reducing infant mortality by providing prenatal care coordination, home visiting services, health education, and family support to at-risk mothers, fathers, and families in Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Toledo. Call your local public health department to ask about the nearest Healthy Start program in your Ohio county.
