Free hot meal program serving anyone in need in the Dubuque area with no sign-up or proof of income required. Fathers, families, and individuals can walk in during meal hours to receive a hot lunch six days a week. The Locust Street location near downtown also partners with pantries and shelters for follow-up resources. Service is free and open to all regardless of ZIP code, documentation status, or religious affiliation.
