Free readjustment counseling for combat veterans, military sexual trauma survivors, and their families in northern Colorado, with a focus on PTSD, moral injury, and post-deployment transition. Serves eligible veterans at no cost without a VA disability rating required. Call to schedule intake; bring a copy of your DD-214 or other proof of eligible service, a photo ID, and a list of current medications and treating providers to your first appointment.
