Fathers navigating separation, custody, or blended-family issues can request intake by calling 603-518-4000 Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Bring photo ID and insurance card. Medicaid and commercial plans accepted; sliding-scale fees are available for uninsured New Hampshire residents.
