Accepts Medicaid. 24-hour crisis line for substance abuse emergencies. Services include outpatient counseling, intensive outpatient, residential treatment, detox, and medication-assisted treatment. No one is turned away for inability to pay for crisis services. Call the 24-hour line to begin the intake and assessment process for San Antonio and Bexar County residents.
