Oklahoma State University Cooperative Extension offers research-based parenting, co-parenting, and family wellness programs through county offices statewide. Courses such as Co-Parenting for Resilience help fathers going through divorce or separation build communication and child-focused parenting skills. Programs are typically free or low-cost.
