Free, confidential readjustment counseling for combat veterans, their families, and survivors in northern West Virginia. Services include individual and group counseling, PTSD and military-sexual-trauma support, and bereavement counseling. Veteran fathers can walk in or call to schedule; bring DD-214 or other proof of service. Located on Bethlehem Boulevard in Wheeling and open Monday through Friday weekday hours.
