Baltimore's community action agency providing emergency rental assistance, utility help through the Maryland Energy Assistance Program, weatherization, and financial stability programs for low-income city residents. Applicants schedule intake at one of the city's Community Action Centers and bring photo ID, Social Security cards for all household members, proof of income (30-60 days of pay stubs), a lease or utility bill, and any eviction notices. Services are free for eligible Baltimore households.
