Clients must be referred by a healthcare or social service provider; meals are customized for diagnosis (HIV, cancer, kidney disease, diabetes, etc.). No fee to clients; services are funded by MassHealth, private insurance, and donations. Call or ask your medical provider for a referral; bring insurance cards and medical documentation when enrolling.
