Harbor Homes in Nashua provides transitional and permanent supportive housing for homeless and at-risk New Hampshire veterans through HUD-VASH, SSVF, and GPD programs. Fathers who served and are experiencing housing instability can call 603-882-3616 Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm or visit the High Street office to request intake. Bring a DD-214, photo ID, and proof of homelessness or at-risk status. Case managers coordinate VA benefits, employment, and healthcare alongside housing.

Veteran fathers have access to a parallel system of benefits and services through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Healthcare is provided through VA medical centers and community-based outpatient clinics; mental health services including PTSD, depression, and family therapy are covered. The VA Crisis Line (dial 988, press 1) is staffed 24/7 by veterans for veterans.
