Partnership for Maternal and Child Health of Northern NJ program engaging Essex County fathers to promote healthy relationships and strengthen parenting skills. Located in Irvington at 50 Union Ave. Call 973-372-4353 Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. FELLAS programming addresses fatherhood involvement, co-parenting communication, and economic empowerment. Free to eligible fathers in Essex County. Case managers provide individualized support and connect participants to additional community resources.
