State-funded attorneys representing parents in child welfare cases where the NJ Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP) is involved. Located at 25 Market St in Trenton. Call 609-292-7087 Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Services are free for qualifying parents. If DCPP has filed a complaint or initiated action involving your children, contact immediately. Attorneys represent parents at hearings, fact-finding proceedings, and permanency reviews.
About Legal Aid for Fathers
Legal aid in the United States is delivered through a network of nonprofit organizations, law school clinics, pro bono attorney programs, and court-based self-help centers.
