Nine NYC drug courts operating in Criminal Court offer treatment as an alternative to incarceration for eligible non-violent substance abuse offenders. Courts located in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx. Ask your defense attorney about eligibility at arraignment.
