Schedule at least 2 business days in advance through your managed care health plan or by calling 833-870-5500. Rides cover doctor's offices, hospitals, pharmacies, and mental health clinics. Fathers on Medicaid can use this service for themselves and their children. Statewide coverage. Open Mon-Fri 7am-6pm for scheduling. Rides are provided at no cost to the beneficiary.
