Community-based readjustment counseling for combat veterans, MST survivors, and their families providing free mental health care outside the VA hospital system in Raleigh. Services include individual therapy, group counseling, family therapy, and referrals to additional VA benefits. Walk-ins are welcome. Call 919-856-4616 to schedule. Located at 1649 Old Louisburg Rd, Raleigh. Open Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm. All services are free for eligible veterans. No VA enrollment required.
