Benefits are loaded onto the Ohio Direction Card (EBT) each month. Apply online at benefits.ohio.gov or call 1-866-244-0071 Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Also apply at your local County JFS office. Bring photo ID, Social Security numbers, proof of income, and household bills when applying in person for SNAP benefits.
