Ohio Medicaid provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) for eligible Medicaid members who need rides to covered medical appointments when no other transportation is available. Rides must be arranged through your county Medicaid managed care plan — call the member services number on your Medicaid card first to confirm eligibility and schedule. Call 1-800-324-8680 Mon-Fri 7am-8pm. Trips to covered medical services are provided at no cost to eligible members.
