Choctaw Nation Health Services provides comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health, and specialty care for Choctaw Nation citizens and other eligible Native Americans across southeast Oklahoma from the main hospital in Talihina and clinics throughout the region. Services are generally free for eligible citizens. Father citizens can register at the main hospital and bring tribal citizenship documentation, photo ID, and a list of current medications to appointments.
