Free court-connected mediation for custody and visitation cases staffed by Virginia Supreme Court-certified mediators. Both parents must agree to participate. Successful agreements are submitted to the judge and eliminate the need for a contested hearing, saving time and reducing conflict. Sessions are confidential.
