Serves first-time homebuyers, low-income renters, and developers statewide. Dads can apply for Home Advantage and House Key Opportunity programs through participating lenders. Intake with a lender requires photo ID, Social Security number, pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements. Take the required homebuyer education class online or in person before closing.
